Unable to receive OTP codes via o2

I've got a really odd problem, but it means I'm unable to log in to a lot of my work accounts. Since this morning, I'm unable to receive any "one time pass" or verification codes via SMS. Text messages from friends work fine, it's only verification codes that have stopped working.

Are there any other o2 users here with this odd problem today? I can find the occasional mention online, but not much.

Not heard back from o2 support yet about what is happening.

I don't know if it is related but I changed my O2 password the other day and it took about 5 minutes for the code text to come through. When I have done it in th past it was only a matter of seconds.

Yes, but not just today. I have varying success in receiving OTPs. One site, Netflix, I've never receive any, given up as everything still works access wise.

Netflix since day one of joining, occasionally other sites that require 'verifications'

Surprised that you do not use something like a YubiKey.

Yep I do use another authenticator, but unfortunately my bank only use SMS - very frustrating!

Oddly, otp's work again so all is good... for now!
