Reg. Error 0x80040119 - Unable to send and receive mails

Hi
Today morning, my outlook showed an error and asked me to use the
inbox repair tool to repair my pst file. I did that - it corrected
some errors. After that, when I restarted Outlook, I'm unable to send
or receive mails. Also, unable to delete any mails from inbox. The
error thrown is an unknown error 0x80040119.

I read some previous messages and tried repairing my outlook.pst file
again. After scanpst.exe finished, it said 'no errors were found in
your file'. I started Outlook, but the error still remain. I looked on
the 'net for more information. I performed a scandisk on my c:/ drive
and checked again. Not working yet. I ran inbox repair tool again,
still no changes. I read somewhere, that some strange errors were
removed when one does this procedure for 2-3 times. I did the second
time as well, but the error still remains.

I'll be really glad, if someone could help me out with this. I'm
unable to receive any mails and that is creating a lot of problems.
I'll really appreciate if help is provided asap.

How big is your PST, what version of Outlook are you using, and what kind of
account?
