0x80040119 Send and receive

Hello,

I am running Exchange 2003 SP2 and have a remote client running Outlook 2003
SP2 connecting via RPC. I get all e-mails and can send but when I click on
Send/Receive I get the 0x80040119. I tried scan PST. I tried creating a
new profile. I still get the same issue.
