unable to create folder in outlook 2003

Hi

I am unable to create a new folder anymore within Outlook 2003. When I try
to do it, it simply comes up with the error messgae "Unable to create folder"
- it doesnt have any more info or possible solutions.

Does anyone have any ideas, its driving me crazy and I cant find another
reference on the web or in Microsoft!

Not yet, no I haven't sadly. I'm wondering if this could be a bug....?
Have you managed to find any other info about it?

No I have not...The only thing that I have read but not tried is to re-new
the profile. I think this means to change the name of the .ost file and re
sync.

I will keep you posted,

It worked! Rename the .ost file for that user and let outlook create a new
profile and they will then be able to manipulate their folders. If you need
more direction let me know.
