Well, you have three problems, McAfee, Norton, and the file size.

Most mail providers will not let you send an email that is larger than
a certain size, typically in the 2-10 MB range. Check with
your mail provider as to what their maximum size limit is.

Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
or Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see

The error message is not talking about how your computer is set up.
It sounds like you are using an invalid email address for one of the
intended recipients.
If you need more help with this, right-click on the error message, copy,
then paste it into a reply here.

The typical email error message does permit right-clicking, but there
are some Windows error messages that don't. Where right-click doesn't
work, describe the error message as well as you can. If necessary, you
can do a screen grab of it, paste that into Paint, save as a .JPG, then
attach that.

Which antivirus program are you running?

Depending on size, video files should probably be shared through
an intermediate website.

Many email servers have a limit on the size of outgoing messages of
around 10 MB. You may need to upload this video to a web site
that stores such videos, then send mail with instructions on how to
download it instead of the video itself.

Most email providers have a limit of 2-10 MB, Gmail has a 20 MB limit.
Even most big file hosting sites have a 100 MB limit.

You might try

or use Skype.

Dr. JPC

I have installed MSN Office 2007 Professional & changed from MSN hotmail to
Windows Live mail. Now when I try to send an email I get a message that I
don't have an account nor does it recognize my long time email address.
Has anyone had this problem??
(e-mail address removed)

For problems with Windows Live Mail, you're likely to get better answers
in newsgroup:

microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
