Message Could Not be Displayed

My Windows Mail shut down yesterday with an email still in the Outbox. When I
re-started my email the email that was still in my outbox said "Message could
not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."
When I try deleting the message it says. "An unknown error has occured."
Other messages are able to be sent except for this one.
Pls. help.....
