The VIDEO button in Front Page 2003 remais "DIMMED". Why?

The 'video insert button" in Front Page 2003 remains "dimmed" and I am unable
to insert videos via it. Anyone have a fix for this?

Browse to Tools menu > Page Options > Authoring (tab on the dialogue box)

Change "Browsers" to "Custom" or IE Only which means this won't work in
anything other than IE.

The Insert > Picture > Video option or the Video toolbar button will be
greyed out unless FP is set as above.
