Edit with Front Page dimmed on IE menu

Edit with Front Page is not available in IE, and edit is dimmed. On two
other PCs it is fine, so I don't think is a server setting. I'm using the
same versions of Front Page and IE, including SPs and patches on all
machines.Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Close FrontPage
Clear the Internet Explorer: Temporary Internet , History and Cookie files.
Reopen FrontPage.

However, to edit a web online, you really "should" open FrontPage and then use File > Open
Web.

I'm curious. What difference does it make? I have many people that are not
that great with computers that find it much easier to find their web page
and then edit than to have to remember what to enter in Front Page,
especially if they use different PCs.

It makes for a more stable web and prevents a lot of common "user" errors.

When a user opens FrontPage and uses File > Open Web, they will be presented with a list
of recent webs. All they have to do is click the link to the one they want.
