TCP/IP Error Message

Hi,

I have not used Outlook on this W2k machine. I am trying
to use it for the first time today. I configured a new
Account, and when I hit the Send/Receive button, I receive
this:

A TCP/IP error occured while trying to connect to the
server. Error number:0x800ccc15.

Oddly enough, I can send and receive mail with this same
Account information in Outlook Express with no problems.
So, is there a patch for this problem, or is there some
other configuration procedure that I am leaving out?

Same problem, did read somwhere , has something to do with register and
virusscanner.
