Please, help!!!

I've got the newest version of Outook Express, but there
is a problem... Allways I try to receive messages, this
error happens:

A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the
server. Account: 'Dru's Email', Server: 'shawmail',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC15

What should I do? Pleasem if you could send me an email
saying what to do, I would really appreciate.

Try checking with you ISP, they may not be using that type of service. POP3
that is. They may use IMAP. To me this looks like a port error probably
meaning that your conecting to the wrong server type ie pop3.
It couldn't hurt to call them and ask them about their service type.
