System32 ON STARTUP - HELP!

Everytime I log on, the System32 folder is automatically
loaded... ?? It's not in any of the start-up folders and
none of the programs at start-up use it (as I've had them
not come up during start-up and the folder still pops-
up). It's really not a big deal, just a big pain!

Any suggestions?!
