System32

i start up the computer, a normal start up.. The programs
start themselves up and show up in the taskbar. Seconds
later the folder "system32" presents itself with all of
its contents. Pops up all on it's own. I've checked
startup in run > msconfig, but it doesn't show up as a
start up program or start up folder. I don't think this
is normal, and if anyone has an idea as to why System32
folder pops up, please let me know. Thanks.

Already unchecked... And not to mention that I havn't
ever really been in that folder before i restart or
anything like that. It does it everytime i restart, no
matter what.

It depends, Taylor and as Taurarian has suggested, the workarounds are there
for you, if they apply. If these haven't helped, you will need to provide
more info from the keys seeked.
