svchost.exe error

Hi.
Shortly after I start my computer I get an error message
that reads: svchost.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.

This message brings with it severe problems: Word
documents won't open, CD burner won't work, files won't
drag, and most programs refuse to open correctly.

This is what our Windows 2000 machines did when they were first
infected with the msblast.exe worm. Bring up task manager and look at
the process tab, if you have a process listed with the image name of
'msblast.exe' your machine is infected with the worm.
