Spyware 'ShopAtHome'

My Computer was attacked by a spyware named 'ShopAtHome',
which was detected by Microsoft Antispyware. But when I
tried to removed the spyware through Microsoft Antispyware,
a window displaying 'TCP/IP not yet installed' appeared
after rebooting, and was unable to connect to the internet.
Internet Explorer was also disabled, it just appeared
'Cannot find server' no matter what address was typed, even
when the computer was connected to the internet. However,
websites can be browsed properly if other web browsers,
such as Firefox was used.
Can anyone just tell me what's going on?

What Windows version, and service pack level?

The first thing to try is this KB article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892350

Your symptoms don't match the usual presentation of this issue, however--but
I've seen one post before with the same message. I'm not sure what happened
with it, though.

After this one, there is a procedure to reset TCP/IP which differs depending
on the OS version.
