Single click

How do I enable single click on my mouse? Win XP Home.
I got instructions, it says goto control panel, open mouse, on the buttons
tab, under Files and Folders select either Single Click or Double Click.
I don't Files and Folders under the Buttons Tab. There must be another way
or I am missing something.
I checked another computer, it had the same mouse window.
Thanks for your help.

Open ANY folder, try "My Computer". On the TOOLS menu select FOLDER
OPTIONS. On the General tab the 3rd box down contains the settings you
need to change.

Hope that was useful.

Someone has confused instructions here. Go to Control Panel - Folder
Options, and in the bottom of the three sections on the first page
select the top one - Single click to Open
