On startup I am getting an error message concerning system32/services.exe,
error code 1073740972. I can't find a description of this error code. The
computer reboots continuously and will not start in safe mode. Any help will
be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

I have found the error code associated with 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe'
but an explanation or a fix is not specified. I still need help. Am I doomed?
