sending video in netmeeting

hi. i've just started using netmeeting and i can see both my video and the
person i'm chatting with. the problem is they can't see me. i've checked to
make sure i'm sending video at the start of each call and the box is checked.
i use a firewall - norton internet security - and i've made sure it permits
access for netmeeting. a colleague has suggested turning off the firewall
when i use netmeeting but i really don't like that idea. can you help,
please. many thanks

Thanks Kelly but I dont dial up, I'm on cable broadband. When I go in to
"communications" and right click the connection, I don't get the option to
click "server type" and uncheck the box "use ip header compression" - they're
not there. The support area you referred me to doesn't seem to relate to
Windows xp. Any other ideas?
