Netmeeting sharing & remote desktop sharing application grayed out

Hello, I've been trying many things so far, by un-installing,then
re-installing netmeeting, enabling mnmsrvc.exe in the exception of the
firewall, trying to start in services the netmeeting remote desktop
application, but it stopped because the service has nothing to do like logs &
alert service...I working in a LAN and the 2 other PC that I'm using are
working not my laptop Win XP Pro service pack 2.

Any idea ?
