When in IE 6.0 and I click on the scrollbar on the right
side the page scrolls more than 1 full page.Can anyone
help with this.

This is due to a bug in critical update 824145.
Work arounds:
Click immediately under the slider.
Drag the slider.
Use the mouse wheel.
Use the Page Down and Page Up keys.

It has now been TWO MONTHS since Microsoft broke IE, and it hasn't bothered
to offer a fix. Some patches came out yesterday, but nothing for the
scrolling problem. When is Microsoft going to get its head out of its ass?
