SAM failed to start the TCP/IP or SPX/IPX listening thread

Hi, in my event viewer I have an entry like this every time I start the
computer (W2K professional SP4). I was wondering what it is and if I
should fix something here. I can connect to the internet, so I think the
problem is the SPX/IPX...

Thank you. Bye.

I don't have a "Notification" entry in the registry but a "Notification
Packages". I deleted it and it's ok now. Thanks.

Now I have this error:

The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber
{6295DF2D-35EE-11D1-8707-00C04FD93327}. CoCreateInstanceEx returned
HRESULT 8000401A.

Only thing new here is Diskeeper trial 8.
Thanks. Bye.
