What would cause this dialog to come up:

Title: rundll32.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in dynamic link library WINSTA.dll.

I've searched and searched but I have come up empty,

I have SP1 downloaded. Is SP1a better? I read the notes
(MS KBA 812926) and all it says SP1a doesn't include VM.
Are there any other differences? What will the Service
Pack change (newer versions of winsta.dll?,
rundll32.exe?) to make this problem go away? I'm just
curious of what it specifically does to fix the problem.
I'm a network tech student and I'd like to understand why
or be pointed in the right direction at least. Thanks for
helping.

What do you mean you have SP1 download? Is it installed? When you go to the
update site does it list SP1a for you to install?
