After restoring Windows XP pro I am receiving a
rundll32.dll error message "Entry point not found
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be found
in the Dynamic link library Winsta.dll" when I go to my
device manager. Any ideas?

Install XP Service pack 1 it will fix it.
