rundll32.exe problem

After changing some partition letters then rebooting, the message below was
visible at the desktop:

Rundll32.exe - entry point not found
The procedure entry point WCSNCPY_S could not be located in the Dynamic Link
Library MSVCRT.DLL

Help!

You broke some dependencies.

Change the drive letters back to what they were.
