RPC Server is Unavailable

I receive an error when I try to "Connect to a Domain
Controller" from one DC to another in Active Directory
Users and Computers; The RPC server is unavailable. The
DC's see each other on the network. Any help would be
deeply appreciated.
Than you.

First of all check for the validity of DNS on your system. Check whether you
are able to resolve the FQDN.

Do you use any proxy in the network.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I can reslove the FQDN. I
have setup DNS on this machine as an Active Directory
Integrated Zone. I do not have a proxy in the network.
I have a copy of AD on the system, but I cannot make
changes to accounts. Your help is appreciated. Al Yaboni
