"Restrictions" pop-up.

Hey, guys. I have IE6.0 running XP Home.

When I try to access "Tools" -> "Internet Options" I get the following
"Restricitons" pop-up:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your systems administrator."

But the thing is, I'm logged in the sys admin account.

I think this started happening when I installed Panicware's Pop-Up Stopper,
but am not sure. I did remove it and this problem still persists.

Also, how do I uninstall IE6 (in case I need to)?
I went to "Add or Remove Programs" and I don't see IE6 listed... Thx.

Did you install SpyBot?

When I go to 'Tools' 'Internet Options' I get the following error:
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

If you have SpyBot S & D installed, go to SpyBot - Search and Destroy
Immunize, and UNcheck the "Lock IE Control Panel..." box.
