How do I remove or disable programs from starting when my
computer starts or reboots. I have a stack of programs
that I dont want to run everytime I start the computer:

* Kazaa (as it has a peer-to-peer manager and I dont want
people to have this privelege)
* ICQ
* Net2Phone

Cheers.

Click Start | run | MSconfig | Startup tab
Uncheck the items which you dont want to load at startup.
