Remove or disable startup programs

How do I remove or disable programs from starting up when
my computer starts or reboots.

I have several programs that I dont want this to happen
with:

* ICQ
* Kazzaa - especially as it has a peer-to-peer manager
* Net2Phone

Click Start | run | MSconfig | Startup tab
Uncheck the items which you dont want to load at startup.
