Remote assistant

I want to know someone who knows all about Remote
assistant. I may be just a kid but I know a lot about
computers. But this remote thingy I don't seem to
understand. Does it let you control someones pc. But is
it legal. To do it without the persons permission. I have
a friend who is a kid like me but he has windows xp home
edition too iwant to use remote assistant to log to his
computer and check out the games and files adn fix the
error on his computer But i do not know how to do it with
remote assistant i need an example. If anyone knows the
answer please reaply.

Hi,
Following few option you can try
1)GO to Control Panel >Administrative Toools >Click on
Remote Desktop Administration programe and access remote
computer using

2)Search for "NetMeeting" on your compueter or internet
and login using .Net passord and enjoy the remote desktop.

3)You can download different 3rd party tool from net and
access remotr desktop like "PcAnyWhere"

First. The person your are helping ( The novice ) has to send an
request for an RA session to you ( The Expert ). After the connection
is established. You can see what they are doing and offer advice via a
chat screen. If the problem is too complicated to help via chat
screen. You can take control of the mouse curser, Which will cause a
pop-up on their screen asking if they want to let you take control. If
they say yes, they can take control back at any time. While you have
control, they can see everything you do.
