Offer Remote Assistant

I have enabled the 'Offer Remote Assistant' and 'Solicited Remote Assistant'
in the Group Policy of the Domain Controller. How can I use the 'Offer Remote
Assitant' function to help other client computer? When I click the 'Remote
Assistant' in Windows XP Professional, there is no selection of 'Offer Remote
Assistant'. Why?
