remote assistance

hows it goin? i have a friends whose been sending me invitations for remote
assistance so i can help in with a few things on his computer but for some
reason i dont get the invitations. he cicked the outlook box and typed in my
email but i didnt get any emails and in the remote assistance folder it says
i have "0 invitations" please help me understand how to do this. ive done it
before but its never been this hard!!!

Well, if he tried to email you an invite and it didn't work it would be
because his default email program is not setup correctly. It's best that he
sends you a file to invite you or invite your direct via MSN Messenger. Save
invitation as file is perhaps the best option in your situation.
