RDP must act like VNC

Is there a way to configure the Windows XP pro RDP so it would act like VNC.

I want to be able to control Windows XP pro machines without other
people having to send invitations but they still need to be able to see
what I am doing. I want to be able to perform Remote Dekstop Sharing
with the build in RDP from Windows XP. Sending invitations or msn is not
possible ... and VNC is way to slow

RDP does not need "invitations"! Are you confusing it with Remote
Assistance?

RDP only requires that the XP have the Remote Desktop turned on and a list
of user accounts that can use this feature. Also, you may need a registry
patch to allow user accounts without a password access.

Can you tell me what registry patch I have to introduce so that users
without password can access???
