Remote assistance

Having an issue with Remote assistance. I'm on a wireless
network, cable modem with a linksys router. I can recieve
invitations, but can't connect to the other computer, who
is also on a cable modem.
How can I setup the network to be able to use Remote
Assistance.
Can anyone help out.

It's more likely a problem on their end. Are you able to ping their
computer?
