regedit vs regedit32?

I am busy trying to reset my passwords in outlook 2003 using Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 290684 but when it asks me to open regedit32 I
don't have a regedit32 just a regedit. What do I do, can I still edit the
registry through regedit? I have completed the first part by saving the
Protected Storage System Provider file but can I still proceed if I don't
have regedit32?

That is a typo; it must be regedt32

In Windows 2000 regedit and regedt32 are different editors. In Windows XP
both will start the same editor.
