Publish a Photo to the Web

In My Documents\My Pictures, I select a photo and then attempt to "Publish
this file to the Web". The Web Publishing Wizard starts, and with MSN Groups
selected as the service provider, the wizard fails with the folowing message:
"Service temporarily unavailable. An error has occurred while processing
your request. An error occurred while verifying your login credentials.

Any ideas on what the problem is?

I have the same problem but Jim your response does not help me to solve the
problem. I can never get any further than the same error message, and that's
it. I have a password (that's how I got here, right?) so HELP! Computers are
not my bag, but I'm trying to get better at all this technology!!!
