Why do I get a Window:"Service Temporatily Unavailable" while trying to
publish a PHOTO file/folder to the Web, which says in the body of the Window
"An error occurred while verifing your login credentials? I do have a
Windows Messenger 4.7 version and as I understand it, it is my passport to
use MSN Groups in the Web Publishing Wizzard
