web publishing wizard

I have pictures that i want to post to a website. I have windows xp home
version. Whenever I click on "publish this file to the web" the web
publishing wizard comes up, asks me which service provider group I want to
use but shows "MSN Groups" as the only choice, but then always says there an
error in verifying my login credentials. I have accounts both in MSN
explorer and in hotmail. (I can send my picture in an email with no
problem.) what's wrong?

I have the same problem with windows xp pro. I would like to "publish to the
web" to either my ISP personal web page offerings or my personal web server
host (via ftp). However, the only choice is MSN. How does one add other
choices to the service providers?
