I try to issue web pages to my personal Web Site, using
the Web Publishing Wizard. When I get to the window
which asks: "Where do you want to publish these files?",
it only gives me one option, ie. the MSN Groups. How do
I get my own web page site listed there?

Use "My Network Places" instead. Use your FTP site (as designated by your
isp). You can intergrate your username and password into the link like
this:

ftp://user_name[email protected]
