Printing Problem Internet Explorer and Outlook Express

I have got Windows 2000 with service pack 4, Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook
Express 6. When I print from both Internet Explorer or Outlook Express
nothing gets printed. The printer icon appears at the bottom right of the
screen and then disappear. No error message, no printout. If I use print
preview in Internet Explorer the page is just blank. Can somebody help me
with this? I have looked at the Temp environment variable and it is set
correctly.

Go to Start | Run and type
Regsvr32 ole32.dll
and click OK
