PL2006 CD

[Clif Notes]

A friend wrote this about the PL2006 CD. I sort of remember seeing
someone else in ACF who had that problem. Can anyone tell me how to
help them?

"Hi, again. Still working with the CD. I had a friend put it on a new
CD,
and he says it should be OK for me to read, the title page is great,
but
when accessing the files directories (php files, I think), I get copy
like
the following.

Am I missing something in XP , or some other program that should read
