Outlook Express attachment failure to open

When I attempt to open PowerPoint attachment in Outlook Express I get the
following message: "This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create and association in the folder options control
panel."

You'll get a better answer if you post in an Outlook Express group. OE is
part of Internet Explorer, Outlook (which this newsgroup supports) is part of
Microsoft Office.

You didn't state your version of OE so choose it from there.
