jpg. attachments will not open in OUTLOOK EXPRESS

When I receive jpg. attachments in outlook express iI receive the following
"This file does not have a program associated with itfor performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel." I have
Kodak EasyShare installed and the attachment shows the Kodak icon in front of
it but it will not open.
Any solutions? This is a new Dell computer with XP Media Center.

You might want to change the program associated with the file type. Follow
the steps they mention and pick another program (Fax & Image viewer,
possibly)
