Attachments

When i try an open an attachment that is a picture in outlook express i
receive a note saying

'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the folder options control panel'

The attachments have the kodak easyshare icon with .jpg

How do i create an association?

Does this happen if you double-click a .JPG file stored in the hard disk
already? If so, apply the JPG association fix from:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm
