Opening attachments

In Outlook Express I sometimes get the following message when trying to open
an attachment -
'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this
action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel'.

Can anyone tell me what have to do.

Right click on the attachment and choose Open With...and pick the program you
want. You can select Always use this program to open these files if you are
sure that's the right one. BTW, this Office forum is not for OE, a Windows
program.
