No transport provider

All of a sudden Outlook won't send emails and nothing has
changed with our account or settings. It will receive,
but when we try to send something it says that no
transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.

Any suggestions?

What version and mode of Outlook? (help | about will tell you this).
Also, what services are defined in the profile? If you're using Outlook 2000
or older, and have both Exchange server and Internet mail in a single
profile, you will see this error - it's not a supported configuration in
versions of Outlook prior to OL2002.
