No transport provider was available for delivery to this

I am using Outlook 97 on Win98 machines. On our local LAN
e-mail is fine. When we try to send mail out of the
company we get "No transport provider was available for
delivery to this recipient" Everytime. We are not using
MS Exchange.

Please help

What is your internal mail system? What do you have in tools | services ?

We use I-mail for our mail server, and in services we
have Internet e-mail, personal folder, and outlook
address book, personal address book.

Can you resolve your SMTP server's IP address when you ping it? Can you
telnet to it on port 25?
