I am curious. What is the difference between the news groups on
news.Microsoft and msn.news. I am using Windows XP Pro and Outlook Express.

news.microsoft.com
msnews.microsoft.com

They resolve to the same IP address (207.46.248.16). Multiple IP names
can point to the same IP address.

msn.news.com is a web server, not an NNTP server. It is not a Microsoft
domain. news.com belongs to CNet (CBS acquired CNet in mid-2008).
