MAPI error

There is one computer in our office, all have XP Pro, that When trying
to open address book in Corel Word Perfect they get 'an error occurred
trying to logon to MAPI for address book services'. The only difference
between the computers is this one is using Outlook not Outlook Express.
Can I correct this error?
