Need Help to get rid of ads.x10.com junk

I am aware that this is not the correct forum

However, I'm looking for direction to a newsgroup or site that will
help me get rid of the ads.x10.com/stream/xs_urgent_LND178.htm pop-
under ,or whatever it is called, that started appearing about a week
ago everytime I start Internet Explorer. I've searched Google with no
success. Spybot, ADAware, and ZoneAlarm don't do it.

I am running on WindowsXP/pro.

One thing you can try, well actually two.
Delete all cookies via IE properties.
Add *.ads.x10.com to the Restricted sites in IE properties | security |
Restricted sites | sites| add.
