My Windows Mail kicks my dail up off line every time I recieve or

This problem just started. It started with a few emails coming into my
mailbox that were not in my contacts. I emediately deleted them.This shouldnt
have happened because I have my security at high and have great anti virus.
Everytime I open my Windows mail as soon as it recieves mail it kicks me off
line. If I connect back and send an email it kicks me off after it has sent
the email. What is going on???? Can anyone please help me figure this one out?

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties.
If there is no check mark in the box before Include this account when
receiving mail or synchronizing, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on OK and then Close.

Click on Tools, then Options. If there is no check mark in the box before
Send and receive messages at startup, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on Connection. If there is a check mark in the box before Hang
up after sending and receiving, click on this box and then Apply. Click
on OK.

If this isn't enough, what antivirus programs do you have? Some of them
tend to cause problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.

Tools | Options | Connection
Uncheck "Hang up after sending and receiving".
