you are curently working off line

..I have anew sony with vista in windows mail a window "you are curently
working off line would you like to go on line now" I am already on line . but
the window keeps returning. I have unticked working off line in tools but it
keeps coming back how can I stop this hapening. with my old XP computer I
could switch between email and internet with no problem once I was conected.
help please

Go to tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties>remove the
checkmark from always connect using>apply>ok.

In Internet Explorer, tools>internet options>connections tab>select never
dial a connection.
